Beetroot Salad with Coat Cheese

Just two salads ago I hated beetroot!

But if you take the baked – you do not boil beets, but bake it, wrapped in foil, in the oven, do you? – beets, add a couple of baked champignons and the same amount of goat cheese slices  to it, and pour on top the salad with walnuts and pine nuts (pecans will sound good too) and lettuce leaves, you only need to add a spoonful of neutral honey to get a wonderful autumn salad, which for natural reasons, can be served both warm and cold.



Taste it obligatorily.

There is second rainy day in Kuopio. It’ s a great reason to bake a couple of root vegetables.
