What is the most important thing in brownie? High quality chocolate and texture.
Chocolate should be as dark as you like, the texture should be sticky: brownies are not a cupcake, but also not a chocolate paste. Therefore, strictly follow the proportions given, pay attention to the volume of the form, do not violate the temperature and monitor the baking time. And everything will work out, I promise.
So start without delay!
Ingredients
Dough
150 g dark chocolate (drops, chocolate bar broken into pieces – anything will work)
170 g butter
2 eggs
100 g sugar
50 g premium flour
A pinch of coarse sea salt
Ganache
70 g of dark chocolate
70 g butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 170 °C.
- Mix chocolate and butter and melt them in a microwave. Whisk eggs and sugar in another bowl then combine sugar and chocolate mixtures. Sift flour into the mixture and whisk until the dough is smooth.
- Lay out a ceramic baking dish 15×21 cm with baking paper. Put the dough into the dish and place it in the oven for 30-40 minutes. The baking time will depend on your oven and what consistency you prefer for your brownies. I like them slightly moist in the middle, so my baking time is 30 minutes.
- Сool the brownies thoroughly.
- Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave in short bursts. Stir until smooth and pour over the brownies. Sprinkle with salt and cocoa nibs.
