- 150 g of dark chocolate
- 170 g of butter
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of sugar
- 50 g of premium flour
- A pinch of coarse sea salt
- Preheat oven to 170 °C.
- Mix chocolate and butter and melt them in a microwave. Whisk eggs and sugar in another bowl then combine sugar and chocolate mixtures. Add flour.
