Mix dry ingredients (flour, sugar, salt, cardamom and yeast) in bread maker for up to 2-3 minutes.
Mix well warm (preheat up to 40 °C) milk, oil and egg in another bowl.
Add milk mixture into dry one. Knead the dough and leave in a warm place for an hour.
Preheat oven to 220 °C.
Divide the dough into 8 pieces, keep them under a towel until rolling.
Roll each piece into a thin cake.
Brush the cake with butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, then roll.
Cut the roll into trapezoidal pieces and place on a baking sheet. Set awhile for up tp 30 minutes.
Press every bun with edge of knife for making its ‘ears’. After that mix yolk with tablespoon of water. Brush the buns with whipped yolk, sprinkle with pearl sugar on top.
Bake 12-13 minutes or until your buns come golden.
