Popcorn Cookies

Ingredients
- 180 g all purpose flour
- 100 g butter of room temperature
- 75 g white sugar
- 70 g brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1.5 dl crushed salted popcorn
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven into 175 °С.
- Beat soft butter and both types of sugar until the mixture becomes lighter and fluffy.
- Add egg and mix well until incorporated.
- Mix together flour, salt and soda.
- Add flour mix to the buteer one and knead a dough.
- At the end add popcorn leaving a little bit for decoration.
- Using a spoon, scoop some dough into balls the size of a walnut and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Sprinkle your cookies with some crushed popcorn.
- Bake for 8-11 minutes.
