Homemade Pasta: Yellow and Green
Ingredients
For Yellow Pasta

all purpose flour

all purpose flour for dusting

of room temperature

For Green Pasta

all purpose flour

all purpose flour for dusting

eggs

fresh spinach
Instructions
Making Yellow Pasta Dough
Mix eggs and flour, add water gradually. Knead the dough.
Making Green Pasta Dough
Wash spinach, then boil for 15 min. Cool, then blend it.
Mix eggs and flour, add blended spinach. Knead the dough (there is no water there!).
Cutting and Dying
Prepare your pasta machine according to its instruction.
Roll out the dough to the desired thickness, then cut into the pasta.
Leave the paste to dry completely. Use a stand if necessary.
