• If you choose homemade quark (tvorog)

Make quark, using a recipe from my blog or use store-bought quark with 5-18% fat content.
• If you choose homemade cookies

Bake shortbread cookies according to the recipe on my blog. Size of one cookie in this case: 13.5×3.5 cm.

Making Quark (Tvorog) Filling

• In a blender, turn the quark into a smooth paste.
• In another bowl whisk well butter and sugar until white. Add vanilla extract and beat until incorporated.
• At last add quark paste to the butter mixture and beat with mixer until filling becomes smooth and creamy.
• Place the mixture in the refrigerator for an hour: this will make it easier to work with.

Assembling

• Place the cookies on the baking paper, close to each other in three rows: a “roof” row, a narrow “floor” row, and a “roof” row again, with the wrong side (if your cookies have one) facing up.
• Carefully holding the cookies so that they do not shift, spread the entire cookie layer with the quark filling.
• Using both hands, grab the edges of the paper along both rows of roof cookies and lift both edges up, gluing the roof sides together.
• Place the entire structure in the refrigerator overnight.
• Turn the house over onto a serving plate and remove the paper and film.
• Melt the white chocolate in short bursts in the microwave and decorate House with it. Add berries and serve. Store in the refrigerator.
