Mix eggs and sugar with mixer, then add melted butter. Mix until smooth and incorporation.
Add sifted flour and mix well until smooth dough.
Prepare your baking pan. If it’s metal, grease it thoroughly with butter, paying attention to any uneven areas, then dust it with flour. Shake off any excess flour. If you have a silicone pan like mine, you don’t need to do anything special.
Put the dough into baking dish in seashell style. This is conveniently done using two teaspoons.
Bake your cookies 18 minutes or until edges become brown. Cool completely.
