Whipped Semolina Porridge with Berries

a pinch of salt

lingonberry or berry mix
Instructions
Boil water with sugar and salt in a pan.
Add semolina and berries, cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Cool completely and just after that whip well with a hand mixer or a stick blender. Serve with fresh berries and milk. Store in the refrigerator.
