Keep in mind that in this recipe, you can use whole nuts, after peeling them and grinding them in a blender. Or you can do what I do: immediately take almond flour. The last option loses a little in smell (yes, it is true), but gains in time.

2 egg whites
300 g almond flour
250 g sugar
2 tbsp Amaretto liqueur
Powdered sugar for sprinkling
Method
1. Preheat oven into 170 C.
2. Combine flour and sugar in a blender bowl, add liqueur
3. In another bowl beat egg whites to stiff peaks.
4. Gently fold the sugar-almond mixture into the egg whites, spoon by spoon.
5. Sprinkle the table with powdered sugar. From the resulting dough, roll a sausage with a diameter of 3-4 cm, cut it into pieces. Roll each piece into a ball, dusting it in powdered sugar.
6. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper; they will increase in size only slightly.
7. Bake for about 20 minutes on top level of your oven.
